Here’s how you can start

If your order contains prescription items, a valid prescription written by a medical practitioner licensed to practice in your area of residence is required. All prescriptions must be written in English.
Once an order for a prescription medication has been placed, we require the Rx be faxed, emailed, uploaded via our site, or mailed to us.
A mailed prescription can take up to 2 weeks to be received. Because of this, we recommend faxing, emailing or uploading your prescription.
Find Your Prescription Medication Online
You can either search by entering the name of the medication/condition in our Search bar or you can browse our catalog by selecting medications from the top menu and then clicking on the first letter of the medication name.
Select your Dose
Once you find your medication, select the dose/dosage you take, and continue on to choose the appropriate quantity/pack size you need.
Add your medication to your cart. Simply press the Add to Cart button.
Complete the easy checkout process
During this process, if you are an existing customer, you will be able to sign in to your account. If you are a new customer, you will be asked to create an account.
We accept 2 payment options:
- Bank wire – Transfer Details will be provided in a separate email to follow.
- All major credit cards (includes a 5% transaction fee)- you can provide your Credit card payment information by submitting it during check out, phone, or complete and return a credit card form via email – Order@BlueBoxMeds.com or via Fax – 1 (800) 439-2879. If your order contains prescription items, fax in your prescriptions to the toll free fax number provided to you 1 (800) 439-2879. Include your order number on the fax so we can identify it to your account.
Send us a copy of the prescription
For instructions on how to get your prescription to us, please visit the Rx Upload page. Alternatively, you can send your prescription via email, fax or mail.
You can scan and email your prescriptions to us at Order@BlueBoxMeds.com. If you own a smartphone, you can simply take a picture of your prescription and email it to us at the same email address.
Once the order, payment and all prescriptions are received, please allow 24-48 hours to process your order and arrange for shipment. This processing time permits pharmacists and physicians to look over your medical profile, documents and prescriptions for approval.
You will be sent an e-mail confirming your order has been received. Once the order is shipped you will be sent a second e-mail with Tracking information.
- If you are a new customer, you can set up an account.
- If you are a repeat customer, please sign in for quick re-ordering.
***No changes or cancellations can be made to your order once it has been placed.***

Fax us your prescription with email and phone number. We will call you and send you an email with an itemized invoice.
Once these forms have been filled out, you may forward them by fax to 1-800-439-2879 (toll-free)
